MOTE MARINE LABORATORY -- SARASOTA, FLORIDA


We offered Mote Marine the opportunity to eliminate bottom paint and the lift, and they jumped on it. They are all about the marine environment, so bottom paint was out of the question; and when they saw that they could save the expenses of replacing their lift, they agreed to put our Mooring Station to the test. Mote Marine Laboratory is also one of the world’s few remaining private marine research laboratories and we are pleased to help them protect our oceans.

CONDO INSTALLATION IN FLORIDA Like most condos, our HOA prohibits lifts. Problem is that no one can use their boat without bottom paint and that’s just not the best solution. After the presentation from Boat Bunkers the association voted to allow the Mooring Station.

CHRIS AND ROBIN IN LONG BEACH, CA
Chris and Robin did their installation in Long Beach, California. They were familiar with the concept of the Mooring Station because there are several hundred installations there by competitors to Boat Bunkers. A couple of key features distinguish our product from the others. Our design is patented to raise and lower the tail gate. We have a full manufacturing process. Our design allows us to ship world-wide. And, perhaps most importantly, because our collar is filled with air, it will not sunk if the boat hits it. Chris told us that he had a competitor’s product that he 'tapped' with his bow and not only did it sink, they had to retrieve it as it was getting sucked out of the harbor.

DR. KLEIN'S NEW TOY

Dr. Klein got in contact with us through the dealer who sold him his new boat. He did not want to bottom paint his new beauty and a lift was not an option.
